In their ceaseless quest for the best possible solution, the GORE RUNNING WEAR® product designers have created a jacket to meet the high demands of serious middle-distance runners: the PULSE AS Jacket and PULSE AS LADY Jacket.

This jacket has been placed in our "Zone" category. This is the category for products providing exactly the right material combination for the relevant parts of the sports performer's anatomy.

Perfect material mix for top performance
The above combination of high-functionality and very light materials is also known as "body mapping". In the case of the PULSE AS Jacket, this involves three main aspects:

Wind protection
WINDSTOPPER® Active Shell protects the front part of the body and your shoulder and kidney areas from the wind, stopping you from getting cold. The windproof and breathable laminated material provides optimum temperature equalisation, maintaining a constant body temperature. Along with the thermal and physiological benefits, the material is also extremely light and makes very little noise.

Ventilation
The garment also gets rid of excess heat and moisture with special mesh inserts in the back. These gussets are so light as to be transparent - the next step would be to wear nothing at all! An additional mesh liner material provides a pleasant jersey feel, lying soft against the body and preventing the material from clinging to your skin.

Freedom of movement
WINDSTOPPER® Stretch on the arms and back ensure unrestricted freedom of movement. The jacket adapts perfectly to your anatomy and running style.
